Budget Riding Vacation Packages can be created by renting Dunrovin Ranch accommodations, preparing your own meals in your unit kitchens, and purchasing weekly riding passes using the 10% guest discount. Gather a group of friends or family to share the cost of renting the accommodations and add weekly riding passes for each person.

Week Day Retreats at Dunrovin include accommodations, meals, and activities. Dunrovin’s popularity as a venue for weddings and other special events keeps us booked over most weekends. Weekdays, however, bring us back to the quiet of the country and make Dunrovin the PERFECT place for a group retreat, whether for family, co-workers, writers or artists. Our small, private setting creates an intimate atmosphere that encourages camaraderie, inspiration, relaxation, and just plain fun.

Our 5-night retreats run from Sunday afternoon through Friday morning. Should Dunrovin be available the weekend before or after your scheduled retreat —your group can extend its stay with up to two night’s free accommodations. Retreats generally adhere to the following itinerary:

Sunday – Airport pickup; get to know your horse with a riding lesson and short trail ride

Monday - Trail ride and picnic in the back country; swimming and relaxing in the late afternoon

Tuesday - Morning horseback games such as polo and soccer; afternoon canoe trip on the Bitterroot River

Wednesday - Early morning ride and Dutch Oven Brunch; afternoon shopping in Missoula; evening picnic in the park with local musicians

Thursday - Trail ride and picnic in the back country

Friday - Morning trail ride before departing; airport drop off
